Parkour ' The Art Of Movement '

Parkour can only be described as an ART of movement, which is an extreme sport which takes everyday obstacles whether natural or man made, found in one's path and using them to perform jumps and tricks. To be good in this sport you must combine everything, speed, fluidity, aesthetics and originality to perform a free flowing and exciting movement. These moves show your need for free movement and the need to exist, to be your own master not letting anyone or anything stop you moving in the direction you feel you want to go in, basically you want to go where no human has ever been before and do it in a way no human has done before.
